My experience:

It looks like this program has launched, but it is not ! All listed above is future options, and the last mail I got from them was in October 2000, stating a very near start of their programs. Well, nothing has happened yet (I last checked 5 March, 2001). But I can not see any reasons why you should not sign up, since all of this is free, and perhaps is it just you they are waiting for ???
