Make money while you listen to music !!
This doesn`t sound so bad, does it ? I really like to listen to some fine music, when I search the net for amusing sites. And: why dont listen to a radio channel wiht just the music you want, and get paid for doing so ??
Well, this is soon the reality. For the moment, there are 2 channels that are just about to launch their paid program. Acutally they both pay you now, on different basis.
What I dont like about these programs, is the changes they have made. First, these pay-to-listen programs would pay you just to use their radio, and to listen to commersials on the radio. Now: it seems like you have to open an adbar aswell. In fact, this just makes the program much like pay-to-surf programs, only with music.
Anyway, I would recommend you to sign up for these programs, because this is a great offer to your friends as well. If you have a website, you may promote it there also, and get paid whenever your referrals listen to music. Great !!! Here are the programs:

RadioFreeCash system is the easiest to use. Just log into their site, and press launch radiobar. Just as easy as that. Then, choose between a ton of different musicstyles.
For the moment, there are no AD-bar for you to use, but you dont make that much money either (as stated below). In fact, the only way you can make money, is to win them in their contests. Here is how it works:
- Our current daily cash giveaway program awards prizes randomly to a member who listens during the daily giveaway period, which runs each weekday from 2:01PM to 2:00PM EST the next day. Weekend listening time is credited into the Monday drawing. The current prize structure is:
- $250 to the randomly selected winner
- $100 to the winner's first level referrer
- $50 to the winner's second level referrer
- $50 to the winner's third level referrer
- $50 to the winner's fourth level referrer
- Not international YET !!! This answer in the FAQ is one that I really hate to read:

- Well, All I can say is, that if they mean to be an international program, you really should go for this one. You get commersials on the radio, but hey, thats OK !!!!
- Cashradio
It looks like they dont have a radio channel of their own, but gives you many links to other stations. You must have an adbar docked on top or bottom of your screen. Payments are:
- "As soon as we have completed a 200,000 hour burn-in of the CashRadio ribbon. Yeah, so when is that? Well, that depends on you. The more you use the ribbon now, the sooner we can start. Use it a lot now and we could start the pay-to-listen program this spring. Use it less and it may be later in the year before we can start. It's really up to you. "
- you get 10 cent per hour up to 75 hours a month
- you get 1 cent from level 1-5
- For US and Canadian people: "we'll pay you (USD) $.75 for each direct referral who joins CashRadio. All they have to do is sign-up, download the CashRadio ribbon, and use it for at least 30 minutes in the same calendar month they registered"
